WELCOME! Here is my not-terribly-eloquent attempt to grow closer to God via... blogging. Unfortunately for you, I'm not sure what that means either. I guess we'll find out!

I'm 30 years old, married to an IT Guy and a stay-at-home-mom to two spectacularly gorgeous children. While we attend Mass on Sunday mornings, I spend the entirety of the Eucharistic Prayer focused on making sure the baby uses her crayons on the bulletin, not the pew

You can read more about me at Mighty Maggie and more about my Catholic and not-so-Catholic background on the Official About Page. Thanks for visiting!

This is my favorite Edel recap so far.

I'd like to know you! And want you to write more about the Catholic/Protestant dynamic for you.

Hooray for taking a leap of faith and going to Edel! Between a clingy/teething baby and potty-training two-year old this was not my year to go. BUT I sure as heck pray that I can join you and all those awesome ladies I read about next year.

I love your faith posts! :)

I'm not Catholic or Protestant, but just Vaguely Spiritual, but I love your writing here, mostly because it does feel squishy and vulnerable.

"And what if I need to know you" is... IT. For me. I mean, I'm taking that phrase and running with it, here, but that's how I've sidled up to God and Catholicism in the first place.

Also, I love this blog, so so much. Squishy and vulnerable. I love it.

I need to try that more often.
